The purpose of this research is to explain some advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the electronic medical record in a general hospital and specific units such as Neonatal intensive care unit. Also, it will emphasize different challenges that physician face when using the eMR as well as some solutions they offered in order to help them to overcome the challenge of typing.
