Their knowledge is confined to know-how knowledge, without theoretical understanding of underlying principles. They know how to do things (obtain shelter, start fires, make tools, hunt, fish, gather fruit and vegetables) but they do not understand how things work. Knowledge of history of tribe is limited to two generations and function of oral tradition is transmission of practical skills: existence of collection of myths and stories about beginning of universe, life and natural phenomena.
