Offshoring - you can get other people outside of your country to do the work that needs to be done. Talent management - take the people you already have and manage their talent, train in different areas so you do not have to higher. Employee placement - loyal employees can be chosen for the job that you need instead of hiring. You know the person that you"re placing in the new position. When you"re recruiting someone, you have to make sure to have a preview of the job in entirety. Have to show the good and the bad. Want to make sure that you did select the right person. Redesign jobs (ie teams, enrichment) or keep jobs as they are. State position and how you found out about it.
