Tests to evaluate who is confident or talented or the smartest . Need to be able to stratify all of the people. Maybe this isn"t the most effective system. The most hardworking people should get to the top. We grow up in a family in a particular class and we want to move up in social class, but the educational system will reproduce the existing class structure. Good education costs a lot of money. If you can"t afford it, too bad basically.
