Community capacity = refers to the ability of community members to work together to organize their assets and resume to improve the health of the community. Community diagnosis = summary statement resulting from the community assessment and the analysis of the data collected. Community organizing = brining people together to get things done. Formative evaluation = occurs during the development of a program; it is an ongoing feedback on the performance of the program, identifying aspects that need improvement and providing opportunity to offer corrective suggestions. Goal = broad statement of the impact expected by implementing a program, that is, a short general statement of the overall purpose of a program. Health program planning = multistep process that generally begins with the de nition of the prelim and development of an evaluation plan. Impact (logic model) = program goal, producing long term change in the community.
