Reverse flow (sri lanka and buddhism) is when a religion is driven out and then comes back in. First empire to unite most of what is china today was the qin dynasty (221-206bc) Emperor qin shi huang ruled the entire time and lived for 50 years (no opposition from strict control) Qin dynasty had a strict legal code and adherence to the emperor. Qin developed a written language, and started the first inroads on the great wall- most modern society next to the romans.
