Social justice, which entitles all people to basic necessities such as adequate income & health protection & accepts collective burden to make this possible . Prevent epidemics & the spread of disease. Responds to disasters & helps community recover. Assures the quality & accessibility of health. Why is population health gaining momentum: affordable care act.
