Noun a person advocating a totalitarian system of government. Individuals are directly controlled by state and mediating groups are disbanded. (state terrorism) Mass society: society where citizens feel alienated and easily fall into a totalitarian society. Terrorism: functional alternative of conventional revolution. (military tool). Paradox: as the world has become more peaceful, the world has become more volatile to terrorists. Governments define their enemies as evil and demonize them so people will be afraid/angry and want to fight against them. (leads to war). If one side attacks, the other guarantees their own destruction.
