Document Summary

Baking bread- factors are dme and temperature, factor levels x the # of factors. = # of treatments: control group- no treatment or standard treatment; baseline to compare new treatment to, placebo- looks like the treatment in smell, taste & image but has no acdve ingredient. Placebo e ect- psychological e ect; improved e ects with knowledge they are receiving treatment but really are not: single-blind study- people don"t know they are receiving placebo, double-blind study- padent & researcher both blind to who is receiving placebo.
