Present achievement as results/ benefits you provided to your past employers. How have you helped past employers succeed/ impacted them in a positive way. Emphasize the results and benefits to the organization. On average a resume is reviewed for 45 seconds before it is passed on. Must highlight just the right amount of important info that can fit in that 45 sec. Templates are ok-- use as starting guide. Name of organization, your role, and date ranges shoulds all have the same font. Use bold, italics, and bullets to help organize your resume but use them sparingly and consistently. No me, my, i, we, or our. Eats up space and should be covered in detail on a cover letter instead.
