Decision making is not always rational, may be distorted by cognitive. What are the cognitive biases that influence our decision-making? biases. People are not aware of information that they don"t have so they form impressions and understandings based only on the information they have. Tendency to rely too heavily on the first piece of information offered when making decisions. People prefer avoiding losses to acquiring equivalent gains.
