Dominant culture - everybody is supposed to know and follow. Subcultures - cultures connected to various organizations or characteristics of people: ex. Religion, sometimes the rules can get you in trouble (cultural conflict: ex. Counter culture - subculture deliberately created to reject some values of dominant culture.
