Eugenics: good people need to reproduce, campaigns against the inferior. Hispanics: not a race, you might be hispanic, but you look consider yourself as white or black. Race: there are so many hispanic people in our country, hispanic is an ethnic group because it is so big. Culture- everything you know and learned from other people. Race/ethnicity has consequences: whites have 10x as much net worth as whites or hispanics. Mp: race makes a difference because it is treated as important.
