Academics n everything else ( career and character) Not imply rascial or sexual bias but too judgment in advance of persons or ideas. Developing a sense of the possibilities of knowledge and the usefulness of inquiry. A liberating willingness to approach others, to approach our classes, to approach the world, and our own lives in a newfound spirit of discovery.
