Now theres a difference, buy food at grocery store but have a job unrelated to it. Until 10,000 years ago, there was no difference between these two activities. Looking for food was how people made a living. With the advent of domestication and new forms of food production based on farming, this began to change. Today, hardly any of you make a living by hunting and gathering, or even by farming. We are very removed from food production. We don"t go out and kill for our food. Today, fewer than 30,000 people on the planet make their living by foraging, and this number is decreasing constantly. this was of making a living is virtually gone.
