They"re both pretty bad like dealing with break up or wasting a saturday night. Approach-avoidance conflict: a choice must be made about to achieve a goal which has both positive and negative attributes. Change: any notable difference in one"s life which requires adaption. Both positive and negative life changes can be stressful.
