Secrete alkaline, mucoid secretion that provides lubrication during sexual intercourse. Tip of the penis is called the glans penis. Prepuce or foreskin is a retractable fold of skin that covers the glans penis. Urethra extends the length of the penis and ends as an opening at the tip of the glans penis. The opening is called the external urinary meatus. Inflammation of the glans penis and mucous membrane beneath it. Creates pressure on the upper part of the urethra or neck of the bladder, causing obstruction of the flow of urine. Common in men over the age of 50. Creates pressure on the upper part of the urethra. Malignant tumor of the testicle that appears as a painless lump. Usually occurs in men under the age of 40. Absence of one or both testicles from the scrotum.
