Once i placed the skater at the top half-pipe. I press the play button, it starts moving to and fro. On which it generates an inertia speed while going down as if it is acting towards gravity from the point on reaching the bottom, it seems balanced before going up the other side. It looks as if the speed is dropping. Maximium[the speed dial rise to the maximium point] The speed is inversely proportional to the potential energy and directly proportional to kinetic energy at the top of the pipe. That is, as kinetic energy increases, the speed also increases. When kinetic energy drops, the speed also drops I discovered that once are placed the skater at the top of the ramp it start decreasing in speed while going to and fro. While on the bar chart the point for thermal energy was rising as kinetic and potential energy is dropping.
