Goes beyond classifying people based on general demographic data, such as age, gender, or race. Psychographics seeks to understand the cognitive factors that drive consumer behaviors, including the following. A tendency to blindly believe that your idea or opinion is usually the best one simply because it is yours or you came up with that conclusion. Self-awareness relates to how much you know about yourself and the role that you play within different environment. Helps develop self-awareness, team building, and communication for yourself and among those you communicate with.
