But many regular educators do not have the right skills. Intervening early whenever symptoms of any kind of disability manifest. Level iii- regular classroom with regular supports. Level vii-specialized facility-nonpublic-home or hospital based instruction, residential schools, etc. Do not let label determine the treatment. Let it guide you but not fully. We will take a look at both the benefits and disadvantages. Categorical funding you need label bc they must fit in.
