Desire for power: some people are born visionary, others are not; someone that is not a visionary will find a hard time leading as well as someone who is a visionary, strategic thinking. The cognitive ability to analyze a complex situation, abstract from it, and draw conclusions about the best strategy for the firm to follow: achievement motivation.
