The most important thing in organizational strategic thinking is being able to favorably position the organization in anticipating crisis. Pr practitioners need to understand the critical factors in deciding the position and organization takes, which is called its conflict stance. The conflict stance of the organization, or even multiple stances an organization faces, deals with how the organization assesses threat and how it is influenced in its response strategies to crisis during a crisis. This leads to the end outcome that the organization had already prepared for in the beginning. An organization that can favorably position itself during a crisis first deals with understanding the factors in and out of the organization. This plays a crucial role in the organizations ability to deal with crisis. Secondly, based on the factor"s influence, the stance of the organization is determined by the organization.
