Line of node- where the suns ecliptic and moons orbital path cross. Lunar eclipse- moon must be full and at a node- moon falls into the earths shadow. In the umbra- the moon is blood red totality : three types: total, partial, prenumbral, solar and lunar eclipses come in pairs waning cresent.
