Document Summary

Introduction, body, conclusion: always write the body first, how can you prepare the audience for something when you don"t know what you are preparing them for, then the intro and then conclusion. Style: an effective expression: figurative language, applying more expression to a thought, metaphors, upper: advanced language, middle: uses some, plain: more common day language, it"s better to use smaller words to get the job done, sometimes. It can be very hard to do so, but there are times where it is necessary. When speaking to an audience the more simple the words, the better of a speaker you come across as. We don"t have to memorize peoples phone numbers anymore: the mind can only remember 7 things in a row before it becomes an overload.
