Document Summary
Labs are worth a total of 10 points. Labs will be held each week of the semester with the exception of the weeks of mardi gras break (18/20 february) and spring break (01/03 april). Lab sessions will be held the first week of classes (14/16 january), but as the purpose is to introduce the policies and procedures of the sessions it will not be graded. The remaining twelve lab sessions will be worth one point each and the lowest two lab scores will be dropped. Points are awarded for attending and participating in the sessions, participating being defined as responding to a minimum of eighty percent of the questions presented in the slide shows through the medium of the required clicker. To receive credit students must obtain a clicker and register its device id via mylsu (formerly paws) no later than 11:59.
