Anti-corporate sentiment: based on the idea that the us is a collection of individuals who all have the right to life, liberty, and property. Limits to those rights are imposed basically as the majority of people agreed to them. We have the freedom to do whatever we want, but we make laws that way others do not oppose on other peoples freedoms. What an individual can achieve is only for as long as we can live. There are moral limits on your actions, you may see something that benefits you, but do not do because you know it is morally wrong: you cannot pass laws that limit corps. Despite these attempts most of them get enforced to a full extent. There is no real govt agency that is there to enforce it.
