If our main potential competitors decided to enter the market it could potentially be catastrophic to the irewards program, because costumers would be more inclined to sign on with the established companies (i. e. angies list and groupon). It would limit our potential host companies, but we would hopefully still attract a large number of them. Will be in charge of overall operations, college graduate, at least 5 years of management with a single company. Will be in charge of shift personnel and will give daily reports to gm and collect data to send to different departments. Needs at least 2 years of management experience. We wish to keep customer service in house to guarantee professional and experienced services. (including individual and customer) We would like to employ a small but very experienced set of tech employees that are involved with the irewards database and programming. Need to have isds college degree, and 2 years of work experience with information systems.
