Almonte (black from the dominican republic) pitched a perfect baseball game, but people were suspicious that he was too old. Parents from opposing team hired a lawyer to check him out. Sports illustrated found out that he was 2 yrs too old (14) Banned from playing bc of false birth certificate. Baseball was a way for d. r. s to get out of poverty.
