King with an advisor that helps him (rich people) Poor people get their own body (tribal assembly) Tribal assembly and senate pass all of the laws. War #2: raises his kids to do nothing but hate rome. War #3: carthage is now a city and gets rich. Romans have an army of 80,000 men. Sends a letter to hanabal telling him he is here. The romans take the letter saying they are about to die.
