COUN109 Lecture Notes - Lecture 6: Explanatory Style, Situation Two, Models 1
Document Summary
Health is a state of completely physical, mental, and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity: biological markers measures of physiological functioning impacting health or wellbeing, such as cardiac or pulmonary health. Functional measures assessments of how well daily activities are accomplished and behavioural signs such as adjustment to normal aging or occasional disability. Subjective experiences measures of subjective wellbeing, such as optimism, positive emotionality and vitality. Vitality is a positive feeling of aliveness and energy.
