Integrate the planning, management and use of all resources. Break down the information silos by integrating the functional areas and enabling seamless information flow across them. Have the same functionality as fais and produce reports in a more integrated form. Improve managers ability to make better, more timely decisions. Improve quality of customer service, production and distribution. May require organisations to change existing business processes to fit the predefined business processes of the erp software. Exceptional reports; include only information that falls outside certain thresholds standards.
