Arrange item on desk so that most frequently used are placed within comfortable reach. Consider placing occasionally used items away from the desk -> encourage worker to stand and get items. Avoid drop down keyboard tablets -> increase shoulder abduction and flexion. Split keyboards can be used to reduce ulnar deviation and pronation. Wrist supports little evidence of effectiveness.
