Likely placement/care arrangements following discharge from hospital: orthoptist, visual acuity, visual field, visual attention (neglect, medical, medical problems to consider during therapy, ax, co-ordination /ataxia, mmse (mini mental) Objective examination: activity task analysis, level of independence, kinematic deviations, measurement, assess impairments. Standing balance: bed mobility, walking, arm function.
