Infant rom>adult rom: talipes or pes = foot, equinus = plantar flexion, varus = turns in (medially, valgus = turns out (laterally, pes planus = flat feet, pes cavus = high arched foot. A conservative method of casting and splinting, with minimal surgery is now seen as the gold standard in the treatment of clubfoot.
