Definitely use the following (green): home programs, goal-directed training, context focused therapy, constraint-induced movement therapy (cimt, bimanual training, ot after botox splinting and goal directed training. And the following are likely to be helpful too (orange): coaching and counselling, positive behaviour support (pbs, assistive technology and seating, play therapy, co-op approach.
