Health is complex. People perceive health differently, as do different disciplines.
Wellness and wellbeing are a big part of health.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing and not merely the
absence of disease or infirmity (WHO 1986). Health is fluid. Population level has the biggest
impact on health.
Copy the health definition from textbook.
