Feasibility Analysis!
-process of determining whether a business idea/ opportunity is viable!
-Preliminary evaluation conducted for the purpose of determining if idea is worth pursuing!

- sufficient management expertise, organizational competence, and resources to successfully
launch a business"
6. Management prowess"
- evaluate the prowess or ability, of its management team to satisfy itself —> passion"

- sufficient resources? "
- list 6-12 most critical non financial resources that will be needed to move forward:"
- office space, lab space, key management employees, key support personnel, business
partnership, etc"
