Plot the peak response at 60min to get a dose response curve. Look at dose response curves for different drugs, to compare potency. Draw a line connecting the ed50 of two drugs. This line represents the theoretical dose you need of each drug for the additive effect to be the same as just one drug. Do a tail flick test to see what actual combined effect is. Can compare response for different concentrations of the combination. This is the approach used to find combinations of drugs, to identify potency/synergy. Tail flick test just measures spinal cord response.
