Arousal facilitates the performance of the dominant response, and inhibits the performance of the non-dominant response. Evaluation anxiety markus the effects of an evaluative or a non-evaluative audience. For a familiar task it was good, otherwise bad. Social loafing slacking off when individual effort cannot be monitored. Caused by contributions not being recognised individually, large group size.
