Important for women in general because sometimes women are socialised to give away a lot of their power. Help them take back the power and feel empowered again: boundaries work: part of assertiveness training. Are your bars too wide and letting too many in or do you have a complete wall not letting anyone through. Limitations: do(cid:374)"t take a (cid:374)eutral sta(cid:374)(cid:272)e, fe(cid:373)i(cid:374)ist therapists hold a lot of values, may accidentally be telling the client what they should and should not value. How to terminate counselling: an important step in therapy! Have a record and summary of their achievement. Integrating all of these theories and putting it altogether to make a therapy informed by lots of different theoretical approaches: no one truth when it comes to psychotherapeutic thought.
