The model is constructed using the symbols of business process modelling notation (bpmn). Process quality can be measured in two dimensions: effectiveness = one that enables the organisation to accomplish its strategy, efficiency = the ratio of benefits to cost ratio of process outputs to inputs. Information systems reduces the time required to perform the analysis and locate past analyses, decrease the cost of the process, increase efficiency of the process, and increase process quality. Improve process effectiveness: with reference to the diagram below, outer components (hardware and people) = take-action.
