Su cient independent time, labor and skill is also required (no aesthetic requirement though) Copyright owner"s rights: s16: owner has the right to copy, right to perform the work, right to make adaptation, infringe above rights without permission? owner is entitled to remedy, possible injunction. Proving infringement of copyright: causal connection - link between pl"s work and df"s copy.
