Document Summary

Tib, fib, talus, calcaneus, nav, cuboid, medial, middle + lat cuneiforms, metatarsals, phalanges, sesamoids. Mid: talonavicular, calcaneocuboid, cubonav, cunnav, cuncuboid, intercuneiform forefoot: tarsalmetatarsal, prox intermetatarsal, mtp, pip, dip. Main branches of peroneal, sural and tibial nerves and their pathways. Main branches of ant tibial and post tibial arteries. Inversion injury: lat ligament/s, never simple, usu not isolated, condral surfaces, bone, tendon injury. Impact/forced df or pf: syndesmosis, fracture, osteochondral, impingements. Black bone = boney oedema, bruising in bone. = represent fracture of trabeculae, probably will damage cartilage surface as well. Line determines healing capacity: peroneus longus pull off bone, forefoot adduction movement , stress fractures potential screw fixation* In high contact or sport, or caught in stirrup. Haglins zone includes bursa in front of achieles tendon. Sharp = fractured of via repeated or foced plantar flexion. = swelling or inflammation in back of joint can result in chronic impingement.
