Another key point is that the issue of what is regarded as positive or negative about globalisation often depends on one"s perspective and position. Thus while most of us would agree that terrorism is a negative process those who are involved in and support it, disagree. Negative globalisation does not merely involve negative flows and processes but also structures whose effects at least some would regard as largly if not totally negative.
