Rights set down in law, formal system of rules, by definition these rights are enforceable. Enforceability gives it a kind of status. Often described as enjoyed and positive regardless of their moral content. Philosophical claims, ideal rights, what a society should have. Moral rights play a key role in way we talk about rights.
