Delusional disorder less likely to have bizarre delusions. Schizophrenia more likely to have bizarre delusions. Bizarre delusions beliefs which are highly unlikely based on generally agreed upon norms. Non-bizarre delusions false beliefs which are possible but have no evidence of being true: duration. 1 6 months schizophreniform disorder. Patients may display exactly the same symptoms but receive different diagnoses based on duration: relative pervasiveness. Psychotic features as the driving force with mood component schizoaffective disorder.
