Due to discrimination, women aren"t in higher positions to commit these crimes. Education and opportunity: most white collar criminals are educated. Often strain occurs in their life- financial issues. Comes down to opportunity: crime of privilege. May affect entire communities rather than individuals. Sometimes it is difficult to identify individual victims.
