Reactions to change: shock: feel threatened, denial, flight or fight, shut down. Productivity low, lack of action and commitment, attitudes become conservative: defensive retreat: feel anger, hold on to what we know. Productivity low (even counter productive - luddites): acknowledgement: we mourn but let go and understand.
