Balance the following oxdation-reduction reactions that occur in acdic solution using the half reaction method

Draw the newman projections for all the staggered and eclipsedrotamers for 2-chloro-3-methylbutane down the c2-c3 bond andindicate which one is the highest energy rotamer, and which one isthe lowest energy rotamer (assume a methyl group is bigger than aCl atom)
