Transferring out to personal representative: putting it out for charity, tenants in common, no next of kin, need, form 17 - fee simple, letter of probate. Goes before a judge and make sure the will is valid and make sure the will does not violate. If child is cut out can contest. If spouse is cut out can contest. If common law is cut out can contest. If they can say they have not been properly provided for judge will give some money from the estate. If the dead person want to prove that the person being cut out have been properly provided for write it in detail in the will. Court stamp once they approved of it. Joint tenant: someone else on title that is in joint tenancy, need, form 17 - fee simple, need death certificate. Need to scan it and attach it to form 17: ptt return.
